What is consultancy?
Our primary aim is to increase your annual income via liquor purchasing.
Performance will be measured by combining an increase in revenue from liquor buying and any direct saving in costs. (When compared like for like vs last year)
Generally, deals will cover: Beer, Cider, RTD, Wine, Spirits, Softs & Coffee
Improvements will come via suppliers, promoters, distributers & brand owners
Dark Art Drinks will negotiate to increase your investment via:
· Listing fees
· Advance of discount payments
· Retro payments
· Advertising & Promotional / Marketing budgets released as cash
· Free stock (valued at cost price)
· Activation budget for events (used to pay for DJ’s & mobile bars)
· Sponsorship for brand presence in PDR/ outside area/ venue/ event
· Budget for sales incentives
Dark Art Drinks will work with brands and suppliers, utilising their internal budgets, to purchase business critical items like:
I. Stock & Equipment
II. Printing & Graphics
III. Social media post promotion
Dark Art Drinks will also leverage supplier relationships to reduce your invoice prices. This will be quantified by the reduction amount multiplied by LY annual purchased volume.
In addition, Dark Art Drinks will improve the educational tie between your bars and the brands. The following benefits would not be counted towards the liquor buying income total.

· Brand immersion trips
· Non-functional POS (e.g. display bottles & display glassware)
