PRODUCTION
What do we do?
Based in Shawlands in Glasgow’s bustling south side, our production unit is at the heart of our business. Down the cobbled quaint lane where on a summery Sunday you’ll find Park Lane Market, our production unit is within The Bevy Store, a store front of our sister business.
The production site began as a means to support our sister companies through the initial lockdown in 2020 and has since grown to supplying local bars with personalised spirits, producing batch cocktails as a speed service solution and fulfilling the production of leading brands such as Panther Milk, the world’s first alcoholic oat milk.
Personalised Spirits
Our highly skilled production team are able to tailor make spirits upon request. We have worked with leading venues in Glasgow to produce their unique spirits.
We work with Vodka Wodka, Ashton Lane’s infamous dive bar, to create their signature Vodka cocktail paddle. This comprises of various flavoured Vodkas made in house by our production team. To keep up with demand, aswell as keeping the production as sustainable as possible, we deliver the Vodka flavours in 5l batches so the bar can refill.
Our production unit also works with Bier Halle, everyone’s favourite underground trendy bar in the city centre to batch produce their signature Butterscotch Vodka. A must try.
Bespoke cocktails
Ready to drink (RTD) cocktails are an in demand product that we acknowledge are the future of many bars and shops.
We are currently working with Virgin Hotels to create a range of signature cocktails for their customers. Every hotel room has a mini fridge which will stock our locally produced cocktails.
We have a team in place to fulfil the whole process, from flavour development, production and design.
Panther Milk
Panther Milk is the world’s first alcoholic oat milk. Originally from Spain, leche de pantera was a potent liquid that is said to have been made by the military, from condensed milk and alcohol. Founder Paul Crawford stumbled upon the drink on his frequent visits to Spain during Sónar, a popular electronic music festival.
After falling in love with the moreish flavours Paul decided to bring it back to Glasgow and create his own leche de pantera inspired drink, namely Panther Milk.
Soon after, once success with the liquid was imminent, Paul approached our team to have a crack at making Panther Milk vegan friendly. And that we did.
We developed the recipe with Paul and have since made all of the flavours vegan friendly.
